For some reason or another. My E Trigger will not trip the sear. Its like it doesnt have enough power to do it.

I have put in two Brand New Duracell Batteries with no luck.
I have also tried a few different Sear springs from different guns.. Again, no luck

Any ideas?

Need to know a few things first.  How old is the trigger (with or without the LED's), and has it been submerged at any point in water, dirt, mud, etc?  The solenoid has a tendency to get worn out and go bad, I have had issues with two of them so far.  Both of them were the old style without the LED's.  I got lucky with the last one, just cleaned a small amount of surface rust off the plunger and dry lubed it.  I don't know for sure that you couldn't use oil, but I believe that it might give you an issue later by gumming up.  Make sure the wires coming off the battery are not being pinched or have been cut.  If you have a tester, make sure there is current from the battery to the board leads, I haven't known the circuit board to ever go bad in them.  I noticed with both that even though the solenoid appears to be working fine when taken out of the pommel, there isn't enough oomph left in it when reassembled.

Tippmann is really good about taking care of their products if you have to send it back.  I sent one back and there was no charge to repair it, other than the shipping charge.  I can't think of anything else off the top of my head that could be giving you issues.

About mid-summer, I started to have the same problem with mine.  I thought my battery was going dead because it would fire intermittently and I would basically smack the side of the pommel to get it working again.  After changing the battery out three times in one day, I knew there was more than just that wrong.  Ultimately, that is the major reason I switched to an APE board.  They use a heavier duty solenoid than Tippmann does.  One of my teammates has been using an APE for a couple of years now and hasn't had one bit of trouble with it.

That is all I got, might help, might not.  Give it a whirl.

Okay thanks!

Uhm.. Well a little background on the E-trigger.

I got it from a friend, because hes getting a new gun with a new one in it. So he was just converting his to Mech and he gave me the E-Trigger. If i had to guess. Its only about a year old. It hasnt necessarily been "submerged" in water. But it has been used in the rain.

I got some advice from someone else to switch out my main spring. I ended up puting in a heavier one to change my velocity. So im going to throw in my stock spring and see if that helps. Their might be to much tension on the Sear.. But we will see. Ive been so busy to work on it with work and everything now though. Hope i can find some time.

Well a bit of rain sure won't hurt it any lol.   As for the main spring, I can't say I have heard that being a problem, but I am nowhere near a professional tech (again lol).  I will say that I did have to change mine out when I put in the Tech T Zero Kick hammer.  Like you, I had the heavier spring in to increase my velocity, which didn't help a bit by the way!  Darn thing was so stiff it wouldn't allow the bolt to completely return.  I will be curious to know if that alleviates the problem though, never hurts to try.
